Royal Copenhagen porcelain figurine of the Girl with  the Golden Horn; a hand painted and gilded figure sitting on a dark wood plinth. Inscription on base: The Golden Horn was found by Kristine Svendsdatter in the year 1639 at Gallehus. The Golden Horns of Gallehus were two horns made of sheet gold , discovered in Gallehus, north of Møgeltønder in South Jutland , Denmark. The horns date to the early 5th century, the beginning of the Germanic Iron Age .
